Recyclable Materials

Prioritize the use of recyclable packaging materials (such as bulk bags and reusable plastic containers) and establish a supplier recycling system to significantly reduce single-use packaging waste.

Lean Production

Through meticulous management and advanced process control throughout the entire process, continuously optimize key process parameters such as fermentation and extraction to maximize raw material utilization and minimize production losses.

Renewable Raw Materials

100% use sustainably grown corn as the core raw material, and ensure its renewability and land use compliance through certification systems, replacing petrochemical-based raw materials from the source.

Green Electricity

By deploying large-scale photovoltaic power generation, wind power, and directly purchasing green electricity certificates within the plant, we aim to significantly replace fossil energy-based electricity.

Biomass Fuel

Convert corn processing waste (such as straw fibers and waste residues) into biomass pellets/biogas for boiler heating and power generation, reducing the use of fossil fuels (such as natural gas and coal) in the plant and achieving decarbonization of thermal energy supply.

Energy Saving And Consumption Reduction

Jointly developed with Shanghai Zhaoguang Company a new type of evaporator, which saves 0.2 tons of steam per ton of crystalline glucose produced, effectively reducing energy consumption and cutting production costs.

Circular Emission Reduction

The construction of the "Wastewater Deep Treatment and Reclaimed Water Reuse Project" has been completed, achieving a wastewater treatment capacity of 30,000 cubic meters per day and a reclaimed water reuse volume of 1 million cubic meters per year. The biogas power generation capacity is approximately 18 million kilowatt-hours per year. COD reduction is 80 tons, and ammonia nitrogen reduction is 3 tons.

Photovoltaic/Wind Power Generation Project

Reconstructing the life cycle of agricultural and forestry waste, using cutting-edge technology to convert organic matter into powerful energy, releasing zero-carbon energy within the closed-loop ecological chain.
