About Resistant dextrin
Resistant dextrin is a white to light yellow powder. It is a water-soluble dietary fiber produced from non-GMO natural corn starch through processes including hydrolysis, polymerization, and separation. It has low calories, good solubility, a slightly sweet taste and odor, and remains stable under high temperature, pH changes, humid environments, and high shear forces.
